Scope of Services: The Work includes the construction of an approximately 8.8-acre active recreation park, with associated improvements including but not limited to grading, drainage, wet utilities, dry utilities, parking improvements, pedestrian walks, tennis, pickle-ball and basketball courts, multiuse turf area, lighting, play areas, prefabricated bathroom facility, irrigation, planting, with associated and appurtenant construction.

Griffith Company can provide assistance to SLBE- ELBE subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. Griffith Company can provide assistance for SLBE-ELBE firms in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance.
