Scope of Work: The work comprises demolishing existing pickleball courts, tennis court, picnic area and surrounding park space. Construct new, 25 court Pickleball Complex with seating areas, planters, drinking fountains, new court and area lighting, new drainage and retention area, shade structures throughout and new electrical service upgrade.
Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, SWPPP, Clearing & Grubbing, Construction Surveying & Staking, Traffic Control, Tree Preservation, Tree Removal, Irrigation Removal, Install 2" Potable Water Service For Drinking Fountains, Install Quick Coupler Valve In Traffic Rated Concrete Valve Box, Install Drinking Fountains, Remove Concrete (Courts), Remove Existing Fence, Remove Pickleball Nets & Appurtenances
