The estimated construction is $1,200,000.00.
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA
DVBE Participation Goal: 3%
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to, as: Miscellaneous alterations and improvements to school interiors and exteriors affecting ADA access, and outdoor areas in seven zones to reduce impermeable paving, create cooler and more natural learning environments, mitigate solar and wind exposure, and manage stormwater drainage. The project also involves hazardous materials abatement.
