PROJECT: Sherman Elementary School Selective Window Replacement
PROJECT NO: 12439
DATE/TIME: April 23, 2025 – 11AM LOCAL TIME
The estimated construction is $500,000.00.
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA
DVBE Participation Goal: 3%
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to, as: Selective replacement of the existing exterior wood and steel windows including the surrounding frames, trims, sheet metal flashings, and sills. Work shall also include hazardous materials and lead paint abatement as described and specified in section 00 31 26 of the contract documents, and access-related renovation in the parking lots and restrooms.
