Angotti & Reilly, Inc. is requesting BID proposals for the following project:
AGENCY: The Port of San Francisco (the “Port”)
PROJECT: Pier 90 Buildings and Wharf Demolition Registration
Contract No. 2858
DATE/TIME: April 17, 2025, at 1:00 LOCAL TIME
The estimated construction is $5,200,000.
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
LBE participation requirement: 5%
2.00% MBE; 1.00% WBE; 2.00% OBE;
The Project is generally described as, but not limited to, as: The work will consist of a base scope of work to demolish the landside buildings and structures at the Pier 90 site (except the grain silo structures), abandon underground utilities in place and perform hazardous materials abatement as needed. Additive bid alternates include: (1) Steel loading tower demolition, (2) Wharf deck and piles demolition, and (3) Fence work.
