Project Description: Argonaut Constructors is seeking certified DBE/WBE/MBE subcontractors and suppliers for this: HMA, RHMA, and cold plane asphalt concrete pavement.
Engineers Estimate: $23,200,000.00
DBE Goal: 20%
Time for Completion 120-170 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $13,200.00 per Calendar Day

This request includes, but is not limited to, the following: Lead compliance plan, construction area signs, traffic control system, portable radar speed feedback sign systems, portable changeable message signs, water pollution control program, move-in move-out, temp erosion control, temp mulch, temp check dam, temp drainage inlet protection, temp gravel bag berm, temp concrete washout, temp fiber roll, temp reinforced silt fence, temp high visibility fence, treated wood waste, biologist services, shoulder backing, crack treatment, place miscellaneous asphalt, HMA & RHMA suppliers, place HMA Dike type C D F, tack coat, remove asphalt concrete dike, cold plane AC, 8 inch & 12 inch entrance taper, remove overside drain, adjust roadway utilities, remove pavement marker, pavement marker (retroreflective recessed), remove and install road sign one and two post, furnish & install single sheet aluminum signage, install midwest guardrail system steel post, vegetation control (minor concrete), vegetation control mat rubber or fiber, transition railing (type WB-31& STB), install and remove 6 inch 8 inch thermoplastic pavement striping and thermoplastic pavement marking, modify and remove traffic monitoring system, remove and reconstruct guardrail, alt-in-line terminal TL-3, alt crash cushion TL-3, trucking, asphalt tankers, water trucks, develop water supply, stationary impact attenuator vehicle, job site management, street sweeping, imported borrow, wood mulch, rolled erosion control product (blanket), chain link fence and gate, guard rail delineator, single three beam barrier (steel post), 6 inch and 12 inch rumble strip.

Argonaut Constructors, Inc. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission. Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
