This request includes, but is not limited to, the following: Traffic control, trucking, flagging, aggregate base and backfill suppliers, l, construction staking and surveying, storm water pollution control plan, sheeting shoring, demolition cutting & patching, trenching, pipe embedment, trench backfill, asphalt paving, fore hydrants, chain link fence and gate, oil erosion and sediment control, drilled piers, concrete flatwork, concrete masonry units, anchor bolts and expansion anchors, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, wood trusses, building insulation, metal floor panels, sheet metal flashing and trim, sealants and caulking, metal door and frames, finish hardware, painting, identifying devices, pumping equipment, instrumentation, and control general, system testing, commissioning and quality control, field instrumentation, control panels, pump control panel, programmable control system, cleaning and disinfection, pipe & piping systems, valves, flexible connections and expansion fittings for piping, electrical, glass fused to bolted steel water tank, parr glass lined bolted steel tank, parr booster pump station.

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
