Is requesting quotations from all qualified SBE/LBE/LSBE/DVBE Sub-contractors and Material suppliers
performing commercially useful functions for the following project:

Owner: City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation (“LADOT”)
Project: Advanced Transportation System And Coordination (ATSAC) Hub
Mandatory Participation: SBE 20% / LBE 5%/ LSBE 3%/ DVBE 3%
Engineers Estimate: $10,000,000.00

SCOPE OF WORK
This project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of an existing City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) Automated Traffic Surveillance and Controls (ATSAC) hub which includes the installation, commissioning, and activation of a new ATSAC Hub, along with its miscellaneous infrastructure, which shall require the following:
• install prefabricated ATSAC hub and communication equipment;
• install new duct banks;
• install new traffic signals;
• install new interconnect and fiber conduit;
• remove existing interconnects and fiber conduits;
• coordinate cable splicing and system cut-over;
• utility pothole investigations;
• install concrete slab foundations and concrete masonry unit walls;
• trenching;
• install electrical transformer;
• install new backup propane stand-by generator;
• maintaining existing ATSAC hub until new ATSAC hub is fully operational;
• decommission and abandon/remove existing hub, equipment, conduits, pull boxes, once new hub system is fully operational; and
• coordination with LADOT and their vendor General Data Communication (GDC).

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Striper(removals in parking lot and restoration, Misc restoration after trenching), Air conditioner contractor (small air conditioner at Hub), Fencing ( 2 small Gates at Hub), Concrete sidewalk restoration ( throughout project), Curb and gutter (at Hub site), Roadway Asphalt restoration, Tree Removal and stump grinding (at hub site and stump removal in parking lot), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and  utility locating, Street Sweeping, Office Trailer rental, Loops (None on plans, but we are going to have to replace some), Surveying, Traffic Control
