ITB SMCCCD BID No. 86948 CSM B30 RENOVATIN & NEW PORTABLE BLDG project - Angotti & Reilly, Inc. request all DBE, DVBE, LBE, MBE, SBE, WBE subcontractor firms to submit BID proposals for the following San Mateo County Community College District project, per the specification, drawings and addendum.
The Project is described as: Design and Engineering for a pre-fabricated building. Pre- check building is preferred, if available. Coordination of all finishes to match District Standards, Transportation and installation at the site of the building, connection to site utilities: water, sewer, storm drain, gas, fire, data - voice, intercom – bell, audio video, assisted listening, fire alarm, power, etc. Provide a 2,400 SF modular building to house the Baseball Team per the RFP plans & specs, including: Locker room – 1,000 SF with 45 lockers, Office – 350 SF minimum, with separate exterior entry, Conference room – 250 SF minimum, with separate exterior entry, Staff locker room – 6 lockers, one shower, one toilet stall, one urinal, and one sink (all fixtures to be accessible), Student restrooms – two toilet stalls (one accessible), two urinals (one accessible), and two sinks (one accessible).
