Project Description: Argonaut Constructors is seeking certified DBE/WBE/MBE subcontractors and suppliers for this: Cold plane, overlay, MGS, ramp metering, lighting and signal Project.
Engineers Estimate: $20,200,000.00
DBE Goal: 22%
Time for Completion 230-300 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $13,200.00 per Calendar Day

Lead compliance plan, construction area signs, traffic control system, storm water pollution prevention plan, temp. drainage inlet protection, street sweeping, temp concrete washout, treated wood waste, HMA & RHMA suppliers, place HMA Dike type A C E F, tack coat, remove asphalt concrete dike, cold plane AC, pavement marker (retroreflective), remove road signs, furnish & install single sheet aluminum signage, install MGS (steel post), vegetation control, remove guardrail, install 6 inch 8 inch thermoplastic pavement striping and thermoplastic pavement marking, channelizers (surface mounted), storm water sampling and analysis, storm water annual report, rock slope protection rock and fabric, wood mulch, fiber rolls, class II aggregate base, minor concrete (curb and curb ramp), detectable warning surface, pre-post construction surveys, transition railing (type AGT), end anchor, alt in-line terminal T-L 3, maintaining existing traffic management systems during construction, modifying traffic monitoring stations, trucking, water trucks, oil tankers, temp ped access route, biological mitigation (on-site), paving mat, tack coat, structural concrete (drainage inlet), 18 inch RCP, 12 inch CSP misc. pipe fittings, adjust inlet, misc. iron and steel, roadside signs 1 and 2 post, install sign (mast-arm hanger method)modify signal & lighting systems, modify ramp metering systems.

Argonaut Constructors, Inc. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission. Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
