ADDENDUM 1 HAS BEEN POSTED – BID OPENING DATE REMAINS THE SAME THURS, DEC 12, 2024

ITB SFUSD Project No. 12418 and 12424 Bryant Elementary School Technology and PA System Upgrade - Angotti & Reilly, Inc. request all DBE, DVBE, LBE, MBE, SBE, WBE subcontractor firms to submit BID proposals for the following San Francisco Unified School District project, per the specification, drawings and addendum.   

The Project is described as: Technology and data upgrades that include but are not limited to the demolition of the existing MDF in room 03A and the existing IDF-LIB located in the Bungalows. A new MDF build-out in storage room 22A and a new outdoor exterior IDF build-out near the Bungalows, with additional electrical work to accommodate expansion; new data drops, network equipment and connections to accommodate expanded technology requirements affecting the main building, classrooms, administrative offices, corridors, other service areas; installation of data and phone network equipment and systems; network racks and equipment with associated conduit, cabling, fiber, electrical wiring, and panels; and, demolition and removal of abandoned equipment and materials, hazardous materials removal.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
