ITB - LOVISA Build Out at Stonestown Galleria Project
Angotti & Reilly, Inc. request your firm to submit BID proposals for the following San Francisco LOVISA at Stonestown Galleria project, per the specification and drawings.  

Bid Date & Time: January 23, 2025 at 3:00 pm

The Project is described as: a new LOVISA space tenant build out.  Remove non-load bearing interior walls and install new non load bearing walls.  Upgrade existing restroom to comply with ADA regulations, install tenant fixtures, lighting & track lighting, within previous tenant use/leased premises.  Area of the store is 388 S.F.

NOTE: This project requires UNION LABOR

TRADES REQUESTED:  DEMO | TILE | DRYWALL | FLOORING | DOOR/HARDWARE | PLUMBING | ELECTRICAL | HVAC | FIRE SPRINKLERS | PAINTING
