General work description: Two Aerated Lagoon Treatment Ponds, Two Infiltration Basins, Recirculation Pump Station, Influent Pump Station, Headworks, Blower Building, Standby Generator and Pad, Motor Control Centers, Variable Frequency Drive Units, Switchgear, PG&E Service Transformer Pad, Potable Water Service, Operations, Storage, and Electrical Building, New SCADA control system and integration, Drilling, construction, and development of six underground monitoring wells, Process and site piping, and appurtenances, Paving, Grading, Drainage, Sitework, etc.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:  Demolition Work, Sheeting, Shoring, And Bracing, Site Preparation, Clearing/Grubbing, Grading, Earthwork, Excavation, Backfilling, Subgrade, Remediation, Yard Piping, Finished Grading, Hauling & Exporting Excess Material, Importing Materials, Paving, Pond Lining, Fencing, Dewatering, Cast-In-Place Concrete Structures, Formwork, Placing And Curing Concrete, Framing &Trusses, Concrete Masonry Unit Operations Building Structure, Metal Roofing, Pre-Fabricated Blower Building Structure, Canopy Structures, Doors, Roll-Up Doors, Stairs And Ladders, Hand Rails, Equipment Pads, Footings, Foundations, Pumps & Pump Motors, Screen Handling, Grit Handling, HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Furnishing And Installing Duct Banks, Conduit, Pull Boxes, Grounding Equipment, Wires, Wiring, Switches, Transformers, Interface Connections, Motor Control Centers, Integrated Power Centers, Electrical Equipment & Components, Protective Coatings, SWPPP, Environmental Mitigation & Monitoring

Specialty Construction is willing to break down quotes into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. SCI will work with interested DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB/MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB firms to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. Subcontractor/Supplier Requirements: In most cases subcontracts in excess of $50,000 may require 100% performance and payment bonds for the full amount of subcontract price. SCI will pay for bond premiums up to 2%. Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Regulations (DIR), possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting SCI and Owner’s requirements. Subcontractors will also be required to sign the standard SCI Subcontract Agreement or Purchase Order as appropriate. Include with your bid the Time required for Performance of your work and any Delivery Schedules so that we can establish a Flexible Timeframe for your work, however, contract time availability is dictated by the Contract Documents
