PROJECT: Luther Burbank Interim Housing Project
PROJECT NO: 12338
DATE/TIME: March 11, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
The estimated construction is $1,500,000.00
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.

**Addendum 1 & 2 have been issued**

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA

DVBE Participation Goal: 3%

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:  ALL ITEM OPEN FOR BID

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Selective demolition, site preparation, grading, trenching, utility extension and connection to 9 new classroom and 1 new restroom interim housing units.
