The estimated construction is $1,400,000.00
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA

DVBE Participation Goal: 3%

TRADES REQUESTED:  DEMO | HAZMAT ABATEMENT | CONCRETE; FORMWORK, REINFORCEMENT; CAST-IN-PLACE | ELECTRICAL | STRUCTURAL STEEL | METAL FABRICATIONS | JOINT SEALERS  

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: removal and replacement of 3000A switchgear at AP Giannini Middle School, new construction of infrastructure, and design and installation of temporary power during de-energization.
