Angotti & Reilly, Inc. is requesting BID proposals for the following project:
DISTRICT: San Francisco Unified School District
PROJECT: ABRAHAM LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL GENERATOR & ELECTRICAL IT UPGRADE - REBID
PROJECT NO: 12384
DATE/TIME: FEBRUARY 11, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
The estimated construction is $840,000.00
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA

DVBE Participation Goal: 3%

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:  ALL ITEM OPEN FOR BID

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Generator and Electrical IT Upgrade includes, but is not limited to, expanding the existing MDF into the adjacent room; upgrading HVAC system; new network racks and ladder system; grounding busbar system for new and existing equipment; electrical outlets; a reinforced concrete pad to support a generator system; a new natural gas generator, generator controller, and generator enclosure; network equipment for the generator; a transfer switch and generator-associated electrical panel; new outlets connected to the generator electrical panel per the design plans; fiber optic cables from MDF to a location inside the new generator enclosure; and electrical connections to new and existing electrical panels. The new system will meet all District Design Standards and Guidelines and Department of Technology Standards. All construction shall occur after school hours and on weekends during the academic year. No system outage shall occur during school hours. A dual system will function until the cutover to the new system is completed.
