PROJECT:Mission Bay School, Mission Bay Hub, 4th Floor Interior Construction
PROJECT NO: 11963
DATE/TIME: February 20, 2025, 2:00 P.M. PST
The Estimated construction value of the work is $6,757,500.
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA

DVBE Participation Goal: 3%

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: ALL ITEM OPEN FOR BID

The Project. The Project is generally described as: The modernization of the 4th floor within the existing four-floor Mission Bay School building. New construction at the 4th floor will accommodate a special high school, while the first three floors will remain as an elementary school. The scope of the work is primarily interior, with the additional mechanical equipment on the north roof above the 3rd floor and the roof above the 4th floor. The shell and core of existing building is to remain. The 4th floor construction includes a group learning studio, three classrooms, meeting rooms, staff offices, and supporting restrooms.
