PROJECT: Glen Park, Jean Parker, Marshall, New Traditions, Rosa Parks, Sherman Elementary Schools – PA System Upgrades Package 5D
PROJECT NO: 12424
DATE/TIME: March 6, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
The estimated construction is $3,126,314.00

Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA

DVBE Participation Goal: 3%

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:  ALL ITEM OPEN FOR BID

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to:
Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment. The campuses are:
• Glen Park Elementary School – 151 Lippard Ave., San Francisco, CA 94131
• Jean Parker Elementary School - 840 Broadway, San Francisco, CA, 94133
• Marshall Elementary School - 1575 15th Street, San Francisco, 94103
• New Traditions Elementary School - 2049 Grove St, San Francisco, CA 94117
• Rosa Parks Elementary School - 1501 O'Farrell Street, San Francisco, 94115
• Sherman Elementary School - 1651 Union St, San Francisco, CA 94123
