Bid docs available on our website at bids.rivconstruct.com or https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/47688/bo/bo-search ***Addendums 1-2 have been released*** Lead Estimator: Bryan Lounsbury Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: Water Pollution Control/Dust Control, Initial Site Clean Up, On-Site Maintenance, Final Site Cleanup, Temporary Fence (Type Esa / Wildlife), Quadguard M10 [24"] Crash Cushion, Channelizing Delineators, Remove Existing Wall, Post, And Guardrail, CMU Block Wall, Grade Beam Footing With Concrete Barrier Stem, 24" Diameter Concrete Drilled Piles, Traffic Striping, Signage & Markings - Remove And Replace, Rubber Polymer Modified Slurry (Rpms), Type II Slurry, Remove And Reconstruct 6" Ac/ 6" Ab , Construct Cutoff Wall (H=24") Riverside Construction Company, Inc is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist LBE Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. Riverside Construction Company, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. Riverside Construction Company, Inc. is interested in soliciting in Good Faith, including assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. Subcontractors may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety and subject to approval by our estimating department. A Worker’s Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor’s quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Subcontractor scope (including any conditions or exceptions) is required 24 hours prior to bid deadline to allow proper evaluation. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. In order to assist LBE contractors and suppliers, Riverside Construction Company will divide bid items into smaller tasks or quantities when feasible to facilitate maximum Participation.Riverside Construction Company, Inc. |
