General work description:  The work comprises demolishing existing pickleball courts, tennis court, picnic area and surrounding park space. Construct new, 25 court Pickleball Complex with seating areas, planters, drinking fountains, new court and area lighting, new drainage and retention area, shade structures throughout and new electrical service upgrade.

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to:  Stormwater And Non-Stormwater Pollution Control, Clearing And Grubbing, Construction Surveying And Staking, Traffic Control, Tree Preservation, Tree Removal, Irrigation Removal, Install 2" Potable Water Service For Drinking Fountains, Install Quick Coupler Valve In Traffic Rated Concrete Valve Box, Install Drinking Fountains, Remove Concrete (Courts), Remove Existing Fence, Remove Pickleball Nets And Appurtenances

Riverside Construction Company, Inc is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist LBE Contractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project. Riverside Construction Company, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. Riverside Construction Company, Inc. is interested in soliciting in Good Faith, including assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. Subcontractors may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety and subject to approval by our estimating department. A Worker’s Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor’s quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Subcontractor scope (including any conditions or exceptions) is required 24 hours prior to bid deadline to allow proper evaluation. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. In order to assist LBE contractors and suppliers, Riverside Construction Company will divide bid items into smaller tasks or quantities when feasible to facilitate maximum Participation.
