Angotti & Reilly, Inc. is requesting BID proposals for the following project:
DISTRICT: South San Francisco Unified School District
PROJECT: Parkway Heights MS Bldg. D - Alterations
PROJECT NO: 05-24
DATE/TIME: March 13, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
Prevailing Wage: The work described is pursuant to California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771.
Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA

ADDENDUM 2 HAS BEEN POSTED – BID OPENING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO THURS, MAR 13, 2025

The Project consists of:
a. Installation of Shading Devices on Bldg. D south elevation
b. Installation of Transfer grilles between classrooms and corridor
c. Modification of windows and upgrades to Accessibility

Quotes for Services and Supplies requested for the following items for bid including, but not limited to: TRADES REQUESTED:  DEMO | GLAZING | SUNSHADE & WINDOWS | SIGNAGE
