Project Name:  IFB No. J0142-25 Track Rehabilitation Services
Agency: Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) / Metrolink
Bid Date: March 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM
DBE Goal: 13.38% .

The project consists of track labor, materials, and equipment to furnish, fabricate, construct and install various track projects which may include crossing rehabilitation, new pedestrian crossings, track panel removals and reinstallations and turnout replacements at various locations systemwide within the railroad Right-of-Way (ROW). Work will generally consist of track rehabilitation that is needed to support the related third-party projects. All work can be expected to occur within the ROW and major construction which involves track removals that will take place during weekends. All work and elements furnished and installed shall adhere to all Authority’s applicable Engineering and Railroad Operational Standards and Procedures. The selected contractor will be required to perform Work at any Authority project location within the Authority’s service areas of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties. All work will be on an as-needed basis, and minimum levels of work are not guaranteed.
