is seeking SBE/WBE/MBE Qualified Sub-Contractors on the following Project

Project Owner: County of Sonoma Contract # C31899 & C31898

General work description: The project proposes to construct Fort Ross Road MP 15.73 & 15.80 Slide Repair Project (project) to replace the existing damaged CMP with an open bottom culvert that would span the entire creek bed.

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to construction area signs, traffic flagger, remove bridge item, clearing & grubbing, structure backfill, hydroseeding, erosion control, temporary erosion control, aggregate  base (ab), concrete pumping, furnish precast concrete member, erect precast concrete member, joint seal – water stop, filter fabric, misc bridge metal, saw cutting, metal beam guard railing, metal railing (include handrailing, cable railing, bicycle railing), thermoplastic traffic striping & marking, swppp planning

The estimated cost of the project is $2,500,000.00

SBE/WBE/MBE highly encouraged to submit quotes but accepting quotes from DBE & DVBE as well.

Requirements: Firms must possess & provide current contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number on the quote.  No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
