General work description: The work, located in the vicinity of Oroville, Butte County, California, consists of a Butte County portion of Ophir Road and a City of Oroville portion of Ophir Road to be completed under the same contract and to include, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing and restoration of ditches and culverts, traffic control, grading, full depth reclamation with cement, paving, storm drain facility repair, striping, and signage, all in conformance with the California Department of Transportation 2022 Standard Specifications, unless specified otherwise.
