General work description:  The Aptos High School asphalt repair project involves milling and overlaying approximately 55,000 SF of existing asphalt entry and site access road, with full-depth replacement in select areas and tree root damage repair. The scope includes a 2-inch asphalt overlay, drainage improvements, curb repainting, and restriping of all pavement markings to match existing conditions. The contractor must manage traffic control, protect existing site features, coordinate with local authorities, and adhere to all applicable codes and standards while minimizing disruption to campus operations.
