Coffman Specialties, Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the following items of work, including but not limited to: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA & ROADSIDE SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL / TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE, SWPPP / WPCP, BIOLOGIST / NATURAL RESOURCE PROTECTION PLAN, NATIVE AMERICAN MONITOR, TEMPORARY HIGH-VISIBILITY FENCE, HYDROSEED, ROADWAY EXCAVATION, AGGREGATE BASE, HMA SUPPLY, TACK COAT, DRILL AND BOND, MINOR CONCRETE, RAPID SETTING CONCRETE, COLD PLANE AC, PAVEMENT MARKING / STRIPING, PRE/POST CONSTRUCTION SURVEY, ELECTRICAL, EQUIPMENT RENTAL, HIGH DENSITY POLYURETHANE INJECTIONS, TEMP BARRIER (TYPE K), WATERTRUCK, SAW CUTTING, QUALITY CONTROL / QUALITY ASSURANCE, STREET SWEEPING, TRUCKING

Coffman Specialties, Inc. is signatory to all unions. Quotations must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for contract award. Firms must possess insurance per the requirements set forth in the prime contract documents. Waiver of Subrogation will be required. 100% Payment & Performance Bonds will be required, and we will pay up to 1.5% of the cost of the bond. We will provide assistance and advice with obtaining bonds, insurance, credit, equipment, materials and supplies.
