Scope of Services: Consists in general of a road widening to increase capacity of the road and improve mobility for the walking and biking public. A waterline will also be replaced (by others) in the project area in order to adequately meet separation requirements. The project will also include, but not limited to new curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drain, green infrastructure, ADA ramps, bike lanes and traffic signals will be added in this project. Location: The project is in the vicinity of El Cajon, in the unincorporated areas in the County of San Diego, State of California.
