Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/DVBE/MBE/WBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited toDrainage systems supplier, Construction staking, Construction area signs, Traffic control system, Plane asphalt concrete, Clearing & grubbing, Hydroseeding, Erosion control, Temporary erosion control , Seal coat (tack coat), Pavement reinforcing fabric, Reinforcing steel, Roadside sign, Saw cutting, Fencing, Metal beam guard railing, Concrete barrier (permanent) (all concrete barrier types), Metal beam barrier, Crash cushion, Thermoplastic traffic striping & marking, Painted traffic striping & marking, Remove pavement marking & traffic stripes, Maintaining existing traffic mgmt system elements during construction, Pavement profiling, Environmental – water quality , Swppp planning, Biological resources studies, Super 10 dump truck, Street sweeping truck , Trucker,

The DBE Contract goal is 21 percent. Federal-aid project no.: ACNHHS-Q101(430)E Please let us know which bid items will be covered in your proposal and if you can get 3rd DBE participation to help us meet the DBE Goal 21%.

The estimated cost of the project is $8,200,000.00

Firms must possess & provide current contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number on the quote.  No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action

Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.
