The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: 1,000 LF of 26' wide paved access road, 780 LF of 20’ wide paved access roads, 2,900 LF of gravel access road, 1,200 LF of 18" VCP gravity sewer, graded equipment pad, storm drain facilities and associated earthwork and grading activities, including approximately 36,000 CY of cut and 28,000 CY of fill (6,000 to 8,000 CY of shrinkage and subsidence)

Griffith Company an Equal Opportunity Employer requests sub quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms performing commercially useful function for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Provide trench protection (shoring or sloping), Perform site grading, including over excavation and replacement, excavation, embankment, fine grading, AC pavement and base material, wide gravel access road with two 45' radius turnarounds including base material, concrete v-swales, concrete curb and gutter, concrete monolithic curb, wide concrete trapezoidal drainage channel, below grade storm drain system including 4 catch basins with grates, HDPE piping, DIP outlet piping, CMP inlet and piping, concrete headwall, corrugated metal down drain flume with inlet, VCP sewer including 3 manholes, chain-link fencing, double-swing gate with hardware, guardrail, un-grouted rip rap drainage channels, Equipment Rental, & Trucking

Requirements: Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Griffith’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
