Project Description: Argonaut Constructors is seeking certified DBE/WBE/MBE subcontractors and suppliers for this: Construct concrete barrier and install drainage system.    

Engineers Estimate: $4,880,000.00

DBE Goal: 22%

Time for Completion 120-180 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $5,200.00 per Calendar Day

Lead compliance plan, construction area signs, traffic control system, portable radar speed feedback sign systems, temp barrier system, portable changeable message signs,  temp crash cushion TL-3, automated flagger assistance, storm water prevention plan, temp  hydraulic mulch, temp check dam, temp drainage inlet protection, temp gravel bag berm, temp fiber rolls, street sweeping, temp concrete washout, treated wood waste, channelizer (surface mounted), stormwater sampling and analysis, stormwater annual report, temp reinforced silt fence, temp construction entrance, structure backfill, move in-move out (erosion control), hydromulch, fiber rolls, structural concrete (drainage inlet), 18 inch alt pipe culvert, 12 inch CSP, drainage inlet marker, concrete (gutter lining, concrete apron), RSP material and fabric, misc. iron & steel, rock stain, chain link fence, remove BW fence, guard rail delineator, remove roadside sign, furnish single sheet aluminum sign, roadside sign (one post), midwest guard rail system(wood post), vegetation control (minor concrete), concrete barrier wildlife passage (Type MM), concrete barrier (Type 60MS), alt crash cushion (Type TL-2 & TL-3), remove guardrail, maintain existing traffic management systems during construction, modify traffic monitoring stations, trucking, water truck.

Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
