Description: Work consists of traffic control, pavement saw-cutting, removal and disposal of existing AC pavement surfaces, tree removal, construction staking, earthwork grading, off-haul of earthen materials and tree stumps, grading and compaction, storm drain pipe removal, adjust utilities to grade, water service line relocations, storm drain system construction (drainage inlets, storm drain laterals, storm drain main, and treatment basins and swales), water main adjustments, installation of permeable boardwalks, installation of DG trails and AC multi-use paths, installation of plaza areas, play area, and associated facilities and signage, irrigation, lighting, AC paving, temporary erosion control Best Management Practices, compliance with regulatory permits, establishing vegetation on areas disturbed by construction activity, and all other work.
